Just Say No to Drugs – Therapist in the Wild [VIDEO]

In this episode of Therapist in the Wild, Dr. Witt weighs in on how to reduce harm from drugs for real. “Just say no!” popularized by Nancy Reagan in the 80’s, has been about as successful as the War on Drugs–in other words, a miserable failure. What has worked, around the globe, is focusing on education and harm reduction. Along those lines, we look at the relative harm of different drugs and styles of use for different groups of people, with an emphasis on “don’t be idiot” when you use drugs or alcohol. It’s this balanced assessment of drugs that allows us to make healthy, informed decisions. We hope you find this video entertaining and informative.
