Refund requests made after the 5-day time limit will be prorated at owner’s discretion based on user’s download history. In plain language, you pay for what you download. Any recurring premium membership product can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Members will continue to have access to all content available at their membership level until their next billing date arrives. Members will be unable to access content at that membership level thereafter. Owner does not bear any responsibility and therefore will not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with older, unsupported computer systems or computer systems suffering from malware or viral infection. User assumes all responsibility for the web-worthiness of their devices in any case where they expect to engage with web-hosted digital multimedia content. In other words, if your computer has trouble displaying video files from YouTube or Vimeo, please do not attempt to buy our digital products, as they are hosted on services such as YouTube and Vimeo.
