  1. Keith – I have known you a long time and you never cease to amaze me. This latest parenting message came at just the perfect time – I am so full of (loving) opinions for my daughter, son-in-law and grandkid – and the lesson of “shutting the f*cku up” is the greatest one a parent can learn. My recently deceased Mom was a master of reserve with her family and as a result at her memorial everyone spoke of how wise a “teacher” she was – with her silence. Also everyone felt that when she spoke to anyone they were the only person in the universe”. I guess the art of “shutting the f*ck up” is hand in hand with the art of listening. xoxo Ligeti
