Turbocharge your Natural Healing Style with Integral magic!

The Integral system is a meta-theory that organizes all other theories. Learning this system is psychoactive—it literally changes your consciousness and expands your understanding in ways that will blow your mind and improve everything in your life.

Every change worker has a Natural Healing Style which evolves as they evolve.

  • In the beginning of a career, I believe it’s best to learn healing systems that excite you, and then practice them with your clients, noticing how they work embodied by you. My personal standard for learning an approach is to internalize it so completely that I can answer questions about it from deep understanding more than from ideas and techniques memorized from books and classes. I’ve done this many times with systems like Rogerian Therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, several sex therapies, somatic therapies, behavior therapies, family therapies, relationship therapies, and many other systems—I love finding and learning new facets of psychotherapy.
  • As your career progresses, and you’ve done hundreds or thousands of sessions, you’ll notice that your style is unique to you, with common foundations and shared ethical standards with all the systems you’ve absorbed and embodied. This is you waking up to your Natural Healing Style (NHS).
  • Gradually you discover that your NHS is actually a cosmology—an understanding of the universe centered on your relationships with yourself, others, the world, Spirit, and your work.

The following resources will help you identify and expand your Natural Healing Style, and discover how it fits into a coherent Integrally informed framework with all healing styles:
