Use Mindfulness to Improve Everything

Because you’re reading this, you probably have tried different mindfulness practices, and might even have a regular mindfulness routine of your own. All the ones I’ve studied are beneficial and help us prepare our consciousness and neural circuitry to be self-aware with compassionate understanding and radical acceptance. Unfortunately, mindfulness alone doesn’t guide us adequately in many areas. Life, love, sexuality, parenting, and dealing with a crazy world require principles and techniques to determine what is right for us to think and do in every moment. Luckily, Integral understanding can provide us with those principles and techniques.
